Getting married is easy. Just 3 simple steps is all it takes.

  1. Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage at the time of booking. This is best done in a relaxed meeting at our office. Alternatively if you live outside the Blue Mountains you can download the form and post it to us.
  2. Show the following forms of identification:
    1. Birth Certificates.
    2. An overseas passport if you are a citizen of another country
    3. If appropriate, Decree Absolute or Death Certificate to prove any prior marriage has ended.
    4. Other identification may be requested - eg drivers licence or photo ID
  3. And finally, sign the Declaration stating that you are free to marry.  We organise this for you  to sign before the ceremony.

At times additional items are required such as Immigration and fiancé visa letters which cost $75 each. We can advise you about your individual circumstances if you would like to send us an email.

After your wedding ceremony we lodge all the documents and your marriage details with the relevant state Department of Births, Deaths & Marriages, leaving you free to enjoy your honeymoon knowing you had the best wedding possible.

Choosing us to conduct your wedding ceremony is the first step in creating your — Wedding of the Year.
